How To Use Realexams.com

In order to be able to use Realexams.com you need to register yourself. There are five types of users on Realexams.com: Recruiters, Employees, Instructors, Checkers, Referrers. You can choose what is best suited for you going to the registration page and choose the desired registration type.

You will need a valid email address to be able to receive all the system notifications emails or the payment bills. Also, at registration time, you will have to choose an unique username and a password.

Usage Guidelines for Recruiters
Recruiters are basically companies interested in attracting and testing new employees. Once you register as a Recruiter you will be able to use our questions database to create your customized tests. You can choose the area of expertise for the test (e.g. C++, Java, HTML, etc.) then you set the number of questions per test, grouped by difficulty. More, you can select your desired working availability for each test. Thus, if you choose for example Houston as the city where you have a job opening, only employees who match the test requirements and the location settings will be presented to you.
Once you create your own tests you can start inviting possible employees to take the test and view their results. You can create as many tests as you want but you have to pay for test sessions. There are three payment plans available, detailed on the Recruiter registration page.
Usage Guidelines for Employees
Employees are people who want to advertise their knowledge and be presented to potential Recruiters. Employees login, take tests and then, depending on the test scores and the working availability settings, they will be presented to various Recruiters.
By default Employees can't view their own test results. They have to pay to be able to see each test report containing the results.
Usage Guidelines for Instructors
Instructors are basically certified people who want to join Realexams.com via a paid part-time partnership. After their account is approved by the administrator, they will be assigned several domains where they can add questions to the global database. For each approved question they will receive an amount of money.
Usage Guidelines for Checkers
Checkers (Evaluators) are also certified people who want to join Realexams.com via a paid part-time partnership. After their account is approved by the administrator, they will be assigned several domains where they can test questions submitted by the Instructors. For each processed question they will receive an amount of money.
Usage Guidelines for Referrers
Referrers are individuals or organisations who want to earn money by referring Recruiters to Realexams.com. For each test that a Recruiter is using, the Referrer will receive a percent of the test price. If you register as a Referrer and refer a Recruiter on Realexams.com, please advise him to specify in the registration page who referred him.

Ressources needed to be able to browse and work on Realexams.com are minimum:

Any modern browser with JavaScript enabled. Realexams.com was reported to work properly using the following web browsers:
Internet Explorer, versions greater than 5.0
Firefox, versions greater than 0.8
Mozilla, versions greater than 1.0
Opera, versions greater than 6.0
Konqueror, versions greater than 3.1
If have a popup blocker software, or using Firefox (which has a default popup blocker), you will need to enable the realexams.com domain to allow popups.
